We are so glad you asked! The term "Jun E" means great! It's our way of saying "yes!" or "awesome!". It is a term that can be attributed to anything positive. For example, someone asks how you're doing and your reply might be, "I'm Jun E." See how it just rolls off the tongue? We knew you'd get it. What is your return policy?
We don't actually have a return policy for purchases made at jcaniel.com. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our customers. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. Our goal is to do our best to take care of our customers—our philosophy is to deal with customers fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
We hope to build trust with our customers and create a relationship with them for the long term. Standing behind what we sell is a big part of that. We believe many Jun E customers choose to shop with us because they know if their purchase isn't right, we'll work to fix it.

How do I track my order?
An email with shipping/tracking info will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is on its way to you.
Are your products made from sustainable
Yes, some of our clothing and accessories are fashioned from a blend of sustainable, natural, and/or synthetic textiles. We also have some clothing that is made from 100% organic cotton. The print process used on many of our fabrics is one that produces virtually no waste, which has a very low impact on our environment.
